Submit your dining certificate/gift card
Every restaurant participating in CRW must submit one $100 dining certificate/gift card that will be used for promotional purposes. The deadline to submit is Nov. 14, 2025.
How to submit a physical dining certificate/gift card
- Submit one $100 dining certificate/gift card per restaurant
- Must be valid through Dec. 30, 2026
- Certificate must include a number and signature
- Make the certificate out to “Bearer of Certificate” or leave blank. Certificates made out to Chicago Restaurant Week or Choose Chicago will not be accepted
- Scanned, JPEG, or handwritten certificates will not be accepted
- Physical certificates and gift cards must be mailed* or hand-delivered to:

How to submit an electronic gift card
- We DO accept electronic gift cards from third parties only (example: Toast, Square, Clover, etc…)
- Make the E-Card out to “Bearer of Certificate” or leave blank. E-Cards made out to Chicago Restaurant Week or Choose Chicago will not be accepted.
- Email the E-Card to your personal email to ensure that it is received. Then forward the emailed E-Card to: restaurantweek@choosechicago.com
- Do NOT email the Electronic Gift Card directly from a third party provider
- We do not accept gift card or certificates that are in PDF, Word, Image, or Scanned (must be electronic)
