Interested in signing up for Chicago Restaurant Week 2027? You must be a Choose Chicago partner to participate in Chicago Restaurant Week (CRW). If you are not a current partner, please email partnership@choosechicago.com.
CRW 2027 participation fees
- Choice Partnership Level Partner: $500
- Premier/Ultimate Partnership Level Partner: $350
CRW 2027 key registration dates
- Registration: Sept. 16 – Oct. 28, 2026
- Menu(s) must be uploaded by Nov. 27, 2026
How to register for CRW 2027
If you are a Choose Chicago partner, please follow the simple steps below to purchase and register for CRW 2027.
If you have already purchased Restaurant Week participation skip to Step 2 to register.
Step 1: Purchase Participation and Register
- Log in to the Partner Extranet
- Under Marketplace click Restaurant Week 2027
- Click Proceed
- Click Submit to be taken to payment portal
- Enter payment information and then click Complete Transaction
- You will receive an email confirmation for your purchase
- Click Return on the confirmation pop-up screen
- Proceed to Step 2 – Bullet Point 2 to continue registration
Step 2: Register
- Log in to the Partner Extranet
- Click Profile on the left-hand navigation
- Click Amenities
- Click Restaurant Week
- Complete required information
- Click Save
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete.
