Choose Chicago Ambassador Task Force
The Ambassador Task Force ensures that conference and convention attendees, exhibitors, and management feel welcome and appreciated during their visit to Chicago. Over 150 partners participate in this program annually, while supporting Choose Chicago’s hospitality efforts and enhancing Chicago’s “We’re Glad You’re Here!” citywide recognition program.
Participating Ambassadors gain invaluable exposure within the city’s hospitality community, and direct contact with meeting and convention attendees and exhibitors. Informational meetings, team-building initiatives, or networking events are held once per quarter exclusively for Ambassadors. Participants also can take advantage of various programs offered by Choose Chicago throughout the year.

Chicago Greeter
Choose Chicago’s Chicago Greeter program is an innovative free service that matches local volunteers with visitors in groups of up to six people to provide personalized and customized tours of the city. The Chicago Greeter program creates a mutually enriching opportunity for cultural exchange, creating links between Chicagoans and tourists, and ultimately fostering a more rewarding travel experience for visitors.
