This historic locale opens mid-September with elevated eats, thoughtful beer and live music. Expect 8,500 square feet to play and a 100-seat dining room wowing patrons with wood-grilled meats and veggies, along with bags, darts and private event space.

This culinary brewhouse is backed by Alinea alums Craig Sindelar and Michael Carroll and features a wood-burning grill in addition to on-tap crafts. 11 Dovetail Brewery
