Authentic: A Solo Art Exhibition August 8, 2026
Hollie is a multi disciplinary curator, artist, and arts administrator dedicated to providing resources to the Chicago visual arts community. Her first solo show at a historic location at The Block House Gallery in the Pullman Artist Lofts. The show is dedicated to learning as a process of self discovery, the realization of potential, and to cope with adversity. Rare do art exhibits feature a black woman curator, black woman artist depicting black women in modern and traditional roles. She encapsulates conversations of leadership, access, privilege, community, conviction and intellect in her work. The work of this exhibit reminds people that time itself is a gift the time to create, the time to learn, and the time to achieve will leave you without intentions.
