By purchasing tickets for ‘The Tomato Throw Show’, I (the Guest) hereby acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I assume all risks involved with participating including but not limited to accidental hits, hurt feelings, or any other injury caused as a result of a tomato being thrown. Additionally, I acknowledge that I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of being injured while participating in the show. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

Upon entry of the venue, (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner ( The Comedy Bar), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Owner”) the right to photograph, record, film and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness (collectively, “Footage”) and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising and promotion, subject in all respects in Owner’s sole discretion.
