State of the Game: Illinois Icons
Team up with The Dawson for a spirited evening honoring Illinois Athletics, featuring appearances by Fighting Illini greats from past and present. Fuel up with a cocktail-style reception featuring live chef action stations, wood-fired specialties, and a winning lineup of beer, wine, and cocktails.
A portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit the Illinois Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and the University of Illinois I Fund.
This special dining experience is part of the new “Culinary World Series” of events leading up to the main event weekend September 25-28 for Chicago Gourmet, powered by Invesco QQQ.
