Logan Square Preservation’s 35th Biennial House Walk September 20, 2025
Logan Square Preservation is proud to present the 35th Biennial House Walk on Saturday, September 20th 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM. This beloved community event offers a rare opportunity to step inside some of Logan Square’s most stunning historic homes and explore beautifully maintained gardens, with a special focus this year on the Palmer Square area.
Participants will enjoy guided interior access to 7 architecturally significant residences on Palmer Square as well as the Holy Resurrection Serbian Orthodox Church, designed in 1910 by Lowe and Bollenbacher, a firm active in Chicago a century ago. Each location showcasing the rich history and unique character of the neighborhood. We’ll also have the beloved Vintage Car show lining the Northside of Palmer Square, bringing together 2 collector groups from the area to display over 50 vintage and collectible cars.
Early Bird General Admission Tickets are $35/person. Day-of General Admission Tickets are $50/person.
