Join JBF Greens for vibrant Peruvian flavors in Old Town.

Opened in June 2024 by Éxodo Hospitality Group, Kayao showcases the culinary vision of chefs Jose Luiz Chavez and Adolfo Gosalvez. Named after Callao, the bustling Peruvian port in Lima, the restaurant honors the Japanese and Chinese influences on Peruvian cuisine.

For this occasion, chef Jose will craft a three-course, seafood-focused menu that tells the story of Peruvian cuisine through an unexpected lens, tracing his journey from the Andes of Venezuela to the kitchens of Lima, New York City, and Chicago.
