Join JBF Greens at Adalina Prime, the new Fulton Market steakhouse from the team behind Adalina Italian.
Open since September 2025, Adalina Prime honors Chicago’s steakhouse legacy while forging its own path. At the helm is chef/partner (and Top Chef alum) Soo Ahn, who draws inspiration from his grandmother’s Korean recipes, childhood comfort foods, and global travels across the U.S., South America, and Korea.
For this occasion, chef Ahn alongside executive chef Nemanja Milunovic will create a three-course menu that highlights international flavors and reimagined classics.
