Condé Nast Traveler’s 2020 Readers’ Choice Awards named Chicago the Best Big City in the U.S. for an unprecedented fourth year in a row. A record 715,000 readers and travel lovers from around the country voted for Chicago, which was cited as a “world-class destination known for its impressive architecture, first-rate museums, brilliant chefs, and massive brewing scene.”

Nobu Hotel Chicago opens Nobu restaurant

The Nobu Hotel Chicago has opened its highly anticipated Nobu restaurant, featuring the Japanese cuisine inspired by famed chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Signature Nobu dishes, including sushi and sashimi, are also served at The Rooftop at Nobu, an indoor/outdoor lounge overlooking Randolph Street’s Restaurant Row.

Sable at Navy Pier Chicago hotel set to debut in spring

Scheduled to open this spring, Sable at Navy Pier Chicago is a stunning new boutique hotel that’s part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. Located adjacent to Festival Hall, the 220-room hotel boasts breathtaking skyline and Lake Michigan views. The hotel will also feature Lirica, an Iberian-influenced restaurant and lounge. Its previously opened Offshore Rooftop & Bar is the world’s largest rooftop venue.
