Old Irving Brewing Co.

Old Irving Brewing Co. is a Craft brewery and kitchen in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood. Old Irving Brewing Co. opened its doors in late 2016 by Co-Founder Jeff Linnemeyer and Co-Founder and Head Brewer, Trevor Rose-Hamblin. In 2019, we were fortunate enough to win a gold medal at the Great American Beer Festival for Beezer in the Hazy IPA category. Then in 2021 with another stroke of fortune, we won a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival for Della in the German-Style Kölsch category. Beer is our passion, but we take our food menu just as seriously. Our food menu has seen many iterations throughout the years, but one thing has remained constant, and that is using the best ingredients possible from local farms and purveyors. Many of our menu items are prepared on our wood-fire grill powered with cherry and mesquite wood. The combination of our tasty food menu, high-quality craft beers, a creative cocktail program, and an extensive bourbon/whiskey list, has landed OIB on the USA Today’s 10Best Best Brewpub in the US list in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.
