UP SOUTH Pop-up June 14, 2026

Justice of the Pies chef and owner Maya-Camille Broussard host Chef Dominque Leach of Lexington Betty Smokehouse for this year’s UP SOUTH Pop Up featuring smoked meats and smoked desserts rooted in the Chicago tradition. 

Nestled on the South Side of Chicago in the Avalon Park neighborhood, the UP SOUTH Pop-Up is part of an ongoing series designed to demonstrate that excellent culinary programming can exist inside of neighborhoods historically affected by food insecurity.
