The Hip Hop Nutcracker will be playing in Chicago from November 24 through November 29, 2026, at the Cadillac Palace Theatre.
This contemporary holiday dance spectacle completely remixes Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s classic ballet score with hip hop choreography, digital graffiti visuals, and a live DJ and violinist. The legendary MC Kurtis Blow frequently hosts the show, starting the evening with an old-school hip-hop set.
