SAUCED Night Market October 3, 2026

The south side of Chicago is about to get a little saucier. On Friday and Saturday, October 2 and 3 from 5 to 10 p.m. at HOSTE (1857 W 16th St), SAUCED Night Market pops up in Pilsen with local vendors, food trucks, craft cocktails, and the one-and-only DJ Johnny Walker.

The market will feature fifty local vendors spread throughout the entire HOSTE facility, including the lounge, bar, and distillery. These vendors will offer everything from stained glass snakes to small-batch spice blends. New vendors include Luvsick, Tom Foolery Chocolates, Soft Home Studio, and Elaisha Hilliard. Returning favorites include Homebody Candle Co, Hyde & Park Co, Lydia Andersen Studio, Sweeet Bippy, and Wicked Woods + Goods.

Guests will be able to grab a bite to eat from 5411 Empanadas or something sweet from Mindful Baking. Specialty cocktails featuring Apologue spirits will be served alongside HOSTE premium pre-mixed cocktails. Non-alcoholic options will be available courtesy of the market’s sponsor Naked Life Drinks.
