HighQ: America’s Favorite Drug Test April 5, 2026
Is it a cannabis-themed game show or an uproarious, electively interactive live theatrical experience? Why can’t it be both? HighQ (First Sundays at 6pm) is a high-larious blend of alternative comedy and spirited competition, in which three teams vie for prizes by demonstrating both mental and physical acuity before a live studio audience.
Combining elements of sketch; variety; and improv with a classic game show vibe, and featuring an impressive array of local variety artists, HighQ is as fun to watch as it is to play, no matter how much – or how little – you think you may know about cannabis culture.
Originally conceived by actor and first-generation cannabis professional Patrick Zielinski, HighQ is a bold celebration of cannabis and the vibrant culture of creativity, laughter, and good nature that it inspires. “I’ve come to recognize cannabis as ‘the great connector,’” states Zielinski. “The vast spectrum of society that it touches is radically inclusive, which invariably results in a wonderfully diverse and communal experience for our audiences and contestants alike.”
Backed by promotional consideration from some of Illinois’ best reputed cultivators and dispensaries, HighQ gleefully dispels the “stupid stoner” stereotype with sharp humor, spontaneous wit, and matchless energy. And the games are fun, too! Coming off a successful pilot run at Donny’s Skybox at Second City, The producers of HighQ are excited to begin their inaugural run at such a venerable comedy institution as The Lincoln Lodge. All audience members, pending age verification, will be eligible for prize consideration.
