There's nothing better than Chicago in the summertime, so enjoy the weather and burn a few calories with Millennium Park's FREE alfresco workout sessions.
Held on the expansive Great Lawn near the Jay Pritzker Pavilion from June 3 through September 5, the energizing series will pump out music over the state-of-the-art sound system to keep you going during Yoga and Pilates and will feature live drumming during Zumba®.
Sweat it out with 45 minute sessions that start at 7am and continue each hour until 10am each Saturday. There is no advance registration required, and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Returning this year, mid-week yoga workouts will also be offered every Wednesday morning from 7:30am to 8:15am starting on June 3.
