Grant Park's renowned festival — which boasts 30 free concerts running June 17 to August 22, 2015 — plays host to a summer of extraordinary classical music.

Back to Previous Page
Acclaimed by critics and beloved by audiences, the Grant Park Music Festival is the nation's only FREE, summer-long outdoor classical music series of its kind. In 2015, experience an array of wonderful music through festival favorites, world renowned guest artists, local artists, and more.

Carlos Kalmar, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor, and Christopher Bell, Chorus Director, lead the acclaimed Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus in a summer of stunning performances at the festival's official home, Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park.

Whether you are up close in the Seating Bowl or relaxing with a picnic back on the Great Lawn, the Pritzker Pavilion's state-of-the-art acoustic system delivers an extraordinary sonic experience for audiences with the Chicago skyline as a backdrop.

TICKET INFORMATION

Festival concerts in the Jay Pritzker Pavilion offer free seating on the Great Lawn (spread out on a blanket or settle into some lawn chairs!) or in the back half of the Seating Bowl beyond the stage. Seating is first-come, first-serve and no admission tickets are required. The seating closest to the stage is reserved for members, groups, and visitors with One-Night Passes.

Again this year, the festival will offer visitors the opportunity to purchase great seats close to the stage for individual concerts. These One-Night Passes can be purchased online, by calling 312.742.7638 or through the event's website. One-night reserved seat passes start at $25.
