The Radicle

From James Beard nominated chefs Joe Frillman and Leigh Omilinsky, the team behind Daisies, The Radicle is a Midwest take on the coastal cooking of Italy, from Le Marche to the seaside towns and cities along its shores. The same farm-first sourcing that defines Daisies comes through here, with produce from Joe’s brother Tim at Frillman Farms. At the center is a raw bar of oysters, crudo and caviar, alongside creative pizzas, a short list of regional coastal inspired pastas, and whole-animal cooking made for sharing.
