Created in collaboration with Chef Partner Chris Pandel and Boka Restaurant Group, it reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, simplicity, and a strong sense of place. The menu reimagines classic American dining through a contemporary lens, with seasonal ingredients and refined, straightforward technique, with thoughtful tableside moments including carved prime rib, composed relishes, and desserts finished in front of the guest.
