Founded in 2011 by Jodi Fyfe, CEO of The Paramount Group, Paramount Events was built on a mission to elevate Chicago catering with responsibly sourced ingredients and expertly prepared menus. Delivering innovative culinary moments through both drop-off and full-service catering, Paramount Events is committed to sustainability at every step. We prioritize sourcing local ingredients, designing seasonal menus, and reducing food waste to ensure our events are both exceptional and environmentally responsible. Through partnerships with COPIA, we donate surplus food to local communities in need, and we compost all organic waste with WasteNot Compost, diverting it from landfills and contributing to a healthier planet.
