From the warm coastal kitchens of Southeast Asia to the shorelines of the Americas and Europe, our menu follows the currents of migration, memory, and the incredible bounty that every coast has to offer. We cook with nostalgia as our foundation and the ocean as our endless source of inspiration.

We are here with you through the whole day. From the quiet of the morning to the energy of midday, through the ease of the late afternoon and into the depth of the evening. However you find us, we want you to feel the care and intention that goes into every moment you spend at Mariela.
