Cancellation PolicyRESCHEDULE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: nn If the reschedule/cancellation request is received more than thirty (30) days prior to the event date, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit will be refunded (25% of total event cost). The other 25% will be forfeit or eligible for rescheduling credit within six (6) months of the original event date. nn If the reschedule/cancellation request is received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date, the entire deposit shall be forfeited and retained by F1 Arcade. nn If the reschedule/cancellation request is received within fourteen (14) days of the event date, the full deposit shall be forfeited, and the Client is responsible for the contracted Outstanding Balance and any remaining charges. nn Reschedule credit must be redeemed on an Event contract and is not redeemable toward group or walk in reservation(s). Reschedule credit is only valid within six (6) months of the original event date. Reschedule credit can be transferred to another F1 Arcade US venue, based upon availability and subject to approval from the original venue.
