Cancellation PolicyCancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event may receive a refund of the deposit, less any applicable administrative fees. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges based on contracted services.nnCancellations made within 7 days of the event may be subject to the full contracted event fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to venue availability and may require additional fees.nnSpecific cancellation terms may vary depending on the event, booking agreement, and services reserved. Please refer to your signed contract for final terms and conditions.

Group Visit PoliciesGroups of 10 or more guests are encouraged to make reservations in advance to ensure availability and appropriate accommodations. Group visits may be subject to special rates, deposit requirements, or minimum booking requirements.nnFinal guest counts should be provided at least 7 days before the scheduled visit. Changes to group size, arrival time, or requested services are subject to availability.nnGroups are expected to arrive at their scheduled time and follow all venue guidelines during their visit. Special arrangements for accessibility, transportation, dining, tours, or other accommodations should be requested in advance.nnGroup policies, rates, and reservation requirements may vary depending on group size, event type, and season.
