Celeste

Taking inspiration from the historic, four-story building it’s housed in, River North cocktail lounge/restaurant Celeste features some of the coolest design details in town. Whether sitting on a cushy bar stool in the first-floor Pub, which honors the great traditions of a neighborhood public house,  or a table in the Deco Room, the glamorous second-floor restaurant, there is plenty of eye candy (ornate mirrors, gold-leaf ceiling, monogrammed glass walls, Louis Sullivan-inspired iron work) to go along with the perfectly crafted cocktails and inventive dishes. Inspired by a refined English garden, the enclosed Roof Garden lives up to its name with plenty of plants, along with ivy-covered brick walls, Victorian couches and a pewter-topped bar.

A variety of event menus are available, including passed appetizers, boards, hot and cold stations, and both plated and family-style dinners.
