With over 25 years of experience, Chef Atzimba caters events of all sizes for corporate and private clients, specializing in mexican pre-hispanic authentic cuisine. Clients include WGN, Univision, Catholic Charities, Democratic National Event, St. Jude, Suenos Music Festival, Heels for Heritage, Telemundo, IL Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and for other chambers. Atzimba is the chef for the Mexican Consulate in Chicago, a member of the Illinois Restaurant Association and she has also been featured in the Modern Luxury Magazine and Netflix “No Passport Required, episode Chicago.”
