Wicker Park “Love You Lab” Wellness Expo

The Wicker Park Bucktown Chamber of Commerce will host its first-ever Love You Lab event, a thoughtfully curated wellness marketplace featuring more than 20 local businesses and practitioners including fitness demos, expert talks on mindfulness, a self-care lounge, free mini-treatments, complimentary swag and more.  

Taking place just ahead of Valentine’s Day, this event invites Chicagoans to reset, recharge and reconnect through rejuvenating classes and hands-on experiences that nourish the mind, body and heart. A variety of local wellness vendors will offer products, demonstrations and tips from across health, fitness, beauty and skincare, holistic wellness, mental health and nutrition. 

On-site activities include: Yoga sessions, guided meditation, movement classes, free mini-treatments, expert talks on mental health, healthy food and beverage options, a self-care lounge and more.
