Santa Sails the Seadog to Harry Caray’s Navy Pier


Kick off the holiday season by welcoming Santa as he makes his grand entrance by boat on the iconic Seadog, operated by City Cruises, before heading to Harry Caray’s Tavern for brunch, photo ops, and live music in the cozy setting of the Lakefront Lodge pop-up!

Fresh from his appearance at the Wintrust Magnificent Mile Lights Festival, Santa will trade in his sleigh for the Seadog and sail to Navy Pier for a festive brunch at Harry Caray’s Tavern. Sleighbells in hand, Santa will arrive on the bow of the Seadog by City Cruises, sailing from the east end of the Pier toward the dock, greeted by an impressive water cannon salute from the Chicago Fire Department. Upon docking, Santa will greet waiting children and lead the way to Harry Caray’s Tavern for brunch, photo ops, and live holiday music in the Lakefront Lodge pop-up.

SANTA ARRIVES 12PM

Santa will arrive aboard the Seadog speedboat by City Cruises and will dock at the Seadog Ticket Booth – Navy Pier South Dock (near The Wave Wall). Bagpipers will escort Santa and awaiting children up the South Dock to Harry Caray’s Tavern for Brunch with Santa in the Lakefront Lodge holiday pop-up

BRUNCH WITH SANTA* 12PM-3PM | LIVE HOLIDAY MUSIC 12:30PM-3PM

Brunch guests will enjoy photo op with Santa and live music performed by local musician Isabella Maria Reyez.

*Reservations for Brunch with Santa strongly recommended. A $10/person deposit is required and will be applied to your check.
