PISCO DISCO – Rooftop Party at Tanta, in celebration of the James Beard Awards Week
In celebration of the James Beard Foundation Awards, Tanta Cocina Peruana in Chicago’s River North neighborhood is celebrating with the launch of PISCO DISCO, rooftop at Tanta – a special evening filled with pisco, Peruvian fare and disco! Priced at $75 per person (includes 6 food station tickets), each guest will be able to enjoy an open bar with free-flowing pisco sours, multiple food stations serving up authentic classics like flame-kissed anticuchos, zesty and refreshing cebiches, the rich and comforting causa, and some Peruvian sweet bites – for an all-you-can-devour Peruvian feast, with a DJ providing the soundtrack to the evening. Soak in the city views, while experiencing the completely redesigned interior space of Tanta and a reimagined Peruvian menu, led by Executive Chef Jesus Delgado and Chef Jose Cubas. This exclusive event celebrates bold tastes and vibrant dishes, blending tradition and innovation for a truly unforgettable evening.
