Join us on Viceroy Chicago’s rooftop to raise a glass in celebration of James Beard Award weekend, with the iconic skyline as your backdrop. On the evening of June 15, we’re transforming our rooftop into a luminescent escape—with floating lanterns, music, summer cocktails, sizzling skewers, and sensory surprises at every turn.

Sip your way through a variety of Pandan’s signature Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails and mocktails crafted in partnership with Ketel One, Don Julio, Johnnie Walker Black and Seedlip, or unique wine pours from Veuve Olivier, Winkler-Hermaden and Q.S.S. Rare. Savor Grilled oysters, pork BBQ skewers and bibingka will be served straight off the Binchotan grill alongside delectable passed bites of pork lumpia, corn tempura and miang kham. Expect the unexpected with immersive entertainment framed by Chicago skyline views and the poolside setting. A portion of proceeds will benefit the Highgate Foundation, supporting Save The Children and The Aga Khan Foundation.
