This one-night activation brings Aarón’s creative vision to Chicago through a dynamic cocktail program across both venues. At Matilda, guests can enjoy a selection of cocktail specials designed by Aarón, paired with the restaurant’s signature Mexican-Peruvian menu, alongside a special tasting menu inspired by Peru, crafted to highlight bold flavors and thoughtful pairings that complement the cocktails.
Downstairs at Clandestino, the experience continues with a high-energy bar activation, featuring a focused menu of pre-batched cocktails designed for fast execution and an immersive atmosphere.
