LeRoy Neiman: A Keen Observer of Style brings together 80 drawings and paintings, spanning the 1950s to 2000, that show how that early fashion work shaped the way he captured clothing, gesture and personal style for the rest of his career. LeRoy Neiman is known for his bold, colorful paintings of athletes and big sporting moments. Fewer know he got his start as a fashion illustrator, and that he studied and taught right here in Chicago at SAIC.
