Color Factory’s Colorpalooza!

The immersive art experience that invites visitors to experience the joy of color, is joining in the summer festival spirit by hosting their second annual COLORPALOOZA!

All week long Color Factory’s legendary ball pit will host a curated playlist of festival headliners by DJ Matt Roan and the Golden Note Giveaway back by popular demand. Guests who jump into color and find the Golden Note carefully hidden within the ball pit will walk away with a show-worthy swag bag. Each ticket will also include free ice cream, brand new photo ops, and more.

Color Factory, located inside the landmark Willis Tower in Chicago’s Central Loop, is the beloved immersive destination that features color experiences that engage all the senses, making the joy of art and color available to everyone.

The exhibit includes a stunning color maze, sweet treats, sonic landscapes, and Chicago’s best ball pit throughout its 25,000 square feet. In March 2025, Color Factory was voted the #1 Immersive Art Experience in America by USA Today readers for the second year in a row.

Local artists Edra Soto and Akilah Townsend worked with Color Factory to develop an interactive Chicago color palette; international artist Camille Walala created an expansive maze inspired by the city’s architecture; and Yuri Suzuki plays with the connection between what we see and what we hear in a room full of playful horns.
