IMPORTANT HOUSE POLICIES: PLEASE READ

📍 All shows take place at 162 E Superior St.

– The entrance to the venue is on Superior Street, just east of the main entrance to Gino’s East. We are located on the 3rd floor. Guests must take the stairs to enter.
– Guests who require ADA access may use the elevator located inside Gino’s East.
– Most tables seat up to 4 guests. If your group has fewer than four, you may be sharing a table with other guests. This applies to both General Admission and VIP tickets.
– If you’re part of a group that purchased tickets under multiple names, please call or email the box office prior to the show so we can do our best to seat everyone together.
– All shows are 17+ (21+ to drink).
– Valid ID is required at the door.
– No dress code. Come as you are!
– 2-item minimum per guest (food and/or drinks — see below for details).
– 18% auto-gratuity is added to all food and beverage purchases.
– A credit card is required to start a tab. A temporary pre-authorization charge will be placed on your card and removed within 1–3 business days.
– If you do not have a credit card, we accept cash, but will need to hold a valid ID on file until you close out.
– If you purchased VIP tickets, we will hold your seats up until showtime. After that, your seats will be released to another guest. If you’re running late, please call the box office so we can assist.
– Most shows run about 75–90 minutes.
– Doors open at least 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is first come, first served. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to get settled!
– We have a strict no-call/no-show policy. Tickets will not be refunded for guests who fail to show up, regardless of circumstances. If you’re running late or have an emergency, please give us a call.
– Strict policy against table talk: Guests who disturb the comedians or other tables around them may be asked to leave without refund.
– Strict no-smoking policy: This includes vaping. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including our dining room and patio area, in accordance with City ordinances.
– No outside food or beverages are allowed. We offer a full bar and have partnered with Gino’s East to provide excellent food service!
– All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

The two-item minimum means each guest must purchase at least two items from our menu during their visit — this can be any mix of food and/or beverages. This is a widely recognized policy across the industry, so please be advised. Patrons who refuse may be asked to leave without refund.

Upon entry of the venue, (i) you hereby irrevocably grant the venue owner ( The Comedy Bar), and its parent(s), affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Owner”) the right to photograph, record, film and otherwise capture your image, voice, and likeness (collectively, “Footage”) and to own, license, assign and/or use the Footage (and/or any portion thereof) in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media including, without limitation, in connection with any productions, programming, advertising and promotion, subject in all respects in Owner’s sole discretion.
