Varrick Chorus Inc. is excited to bring its 2026 Summer Concert Series to the vibrant city of Chicago for an evening of music, inspiration, and community connection. Join us on June 20, 2026, at Hyde Park Union Church for a powerful live choral experience featuring a rich blend of Ghanaian choral works, classical selections, and contemporary gospel music, performed by talented young African and diasporic musicians from across the United States. Beyond the stage, the concert series also includes music-based community outreach at selected senior living and rehabilitation facilities, using choral music to foster comfort, joy, and meaningful human connection. And yes—while the world may be watching the excitement of the global soccer stage, we invite you to take a refreshing halftime and experience something equally powerful: harmony, live and in person. After all, goals are great—but so are goosebumps.
