Chef Rick Bayless and team are honored to welcome and celebrate these amazing James Beard nominated chefs and friends of Bar Sótano!
Chef Gilberto Cetina of Holbox (Los Angeles) will offer the bright-and-bold flavors of Mexico’s coastal ceviches, tostadas and aguachiles he’s so famous for.
Chef Hugo Ortega of Hugos (Houston) will bring to life some of the great Mexico City culinary traditions that have brought him acclaim for over 20 years.
Chef Jeff Chanchaleune of Bar Sen (Oklahoma City) will bring the rice noodles–shot through the flavors of his Laotian childhood—that have put him on the map.
Book your tickets now to soak in the sun, celebrate these James Beard nominated chefs and enjoy the start of summer!
The flavor and fun event will take place Sunday, June 14th in Bar Sótano’s back-alley patio from 3:30pm-6:30pm.
All food, food stations, dancing to the band, and a drink ticket are included in the ticket price. Additional beverages from the bar will be available a la carte.
