Ronnie Frey is a photographer, social media content creator, and storyteller behind @doorwaysofchicago, a visual archive celebrating the city’s architecture, history, and hidden gems. His debut book, Doorways of Chicago by Trope Publishing will be released on May 5, 2026. From his studio in the landmark Fine Arts Building, Ronnie captures historic details and cultural stories through photography, writing, and curated tours in Chicago and around the world.
