On Sunday, May 6th, world-renowned tiki bar Three Dots and a Dash will host a cocktail takeover event with Seamstress from New York and Licorería Limantour from Mexico City. Pam Wiznitzer, President of U.S. Bartenders’ Guild and creative director of Seamstress and Belle Shoals, and Jose Luis Leon of Licorería Limantour, the best bar in Latin America on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, will join Beverage Director Kevin Beary for a collaboration in Chicago to celebrate the James Beard Foundation Awards.
From 4-8 pm, creations from Kevin Beary of Three Dots and a Dash will be showcased alongside cocktails from Pam and Jose’s respective concepts. The limited-time-only menu will be available on Sunday, May 6 from 4-8pm. This event is free to attend and open to the public.
