The concept was initially inspired by DineAmic Hospitality Partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff’s, travels throughout Greece, where they acquired a newfound appreciation for the natural Greek lifestyle. Following their trip, the hospitality group opened LÝRA in West Loop’s Fulton Market neighborhood and now brings the Greek Cuisine and world-renowned superstar Chef Athinagoras Kostakos to the Western Suburbs.
