Tour Information
-Experience duration: Approx. 90 minutes (75 minutes touring, 15 minutes boarding/disembarking).
-Departure point: 200 E Randolph St, located near the Aon Center, Chicago, IL.
-Boarding: Simply scan your e-pass (no printouts required).
-Arrival notice: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. The tour leaves promptly, and late arrivals cannot be accommodated. All guests, including children ages 0+, must have a ticket to board.
-Accessibility: A wheelchair ramp is available upon request. Please call at least 24 hours before your trip to arrange.
