Mile High Takeover: Denver’s Yacht Club at Bar Bambi June 14, 2026

DENVER’S YACHT CLUB AT BAR BAMBI: ONE NIGHT ONLY! In celebration of James Beard Awards weekend, one of Denver’s absolute best bar teams — Yacht Club (2026 JBF Finalist, North America’s Best 50 Bars, Esquire’s Best Bars in America) — will join Katie Renshaw (2019 U.S. World Class Bartender of the Year) in Chicago at her brand new, buzzy cocktail den, Bar Bambi! This double threat of cocktail royalty will be teaming up in West Town to crank out a crushable collection of killer drinks from some of the best in the biz, while Bar Bambi’s Chef Nicklus Byrns (NY’s Blue Hill at Stone Barns, DC’s Pineapple and Pearls, Chicago’s Elske) will go just as hard, rolling out snacks.
