The evening will feature a collaborative tasting menu by Chef José Luis Chávez of Éxodo Hospitality Group & Mission Ceviche and Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán of Tzuco, alongside curated cocktail pairings by Aarón Díaz, formerly of one of the World’s 50 Best Bars and founder of Superbar in Lima.
