Presented by the League of Chicago Theatres in partnership with Choose Chicago, the 8th annual Chicago Theatre Week will take place Feb. 13 – 23, 2020. Theatres across Chicago will offer $15 or $30 value-priced tickets to CTW performances. Save the date for this February and don’t miss the opportunity to sample the extraordinary range of theatrical offerings throughout the Chicago area.

How do I take part in Chicago Theatre Week?

Attend a show! CTW specially-priced tickets will go on sale in early January 2020. There will be limited quantities available for some shows, so it is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets early. All participating shows and Theatre Week offer details will be listed on the Theatre Week website, ChicagoTheatreWeek.com, when tickets go on sale. 

Which theatres are involved?

Over 130 productions participated in Chicago Theatre Week in 2019. Participating theatres range from downtown venues to the suburbs, comedies, dramas, musicals, family theatre, and more. Chicago Theatre Week participants are members of the League of Chicago Theatres. For a list of League members, visit ChicagoPlays.com/member-theatres.

Do tickets need to be purchased in advance?

It is highly recommended that patrons purchase their Theatre Week tickets in advance – $15 or $30 tickets for CTW performances taking place February 13-23, 2020 will go on sale in early January 2020. Tickets are first come, first served. Please be aware that some shows will sell out quickly, but with plenty of show options, it is a great opportunity to see something new!
