Two distinctive experiences await at Moody Tongue Brewing Company – the first two Michelin starred brewery in the world. “The Bar” welcomes guests for a casual drink at a large black marble bar or dinner while sitting by the fireplace. The Dining Room offers a fine dining 12 course tasting menu orchestrated by 10-Time Michelin Star recipient, Executive Chef Jared Wentworth, with acclaimed Brewmaster Jared Rouben, where each course is paired with exclusive Moody Tongue beers. The Bar at Moody Tongue
Functioning as both a comfortable tasting room and casually-focused venue featuring a la carte menu items by Executive Chef Jared Wentworth, The Bar showcases Brewmaster Jared Rouben’s collection of perennial beers alongside a number of limited release offerings from specialty beer programs such as the brewery’s whiskey and wine barrel-aging program and the renowned rotating Farmers Market Series and Sour Series offerings. The Bar’s high-end design showcases mid-century modern furniture, creative lighting, a historic library of brewing books, and a statement fireplace, all within the preservation of the building’s original industrial features. Here, Wentworth demonstrates his versatility as a chef with elevated bar offerings presented alongside a selection of beers for pairing, expertly curated by Rouben from The Bar’s 16 draft beers and a number of specialty bottle options.
The Dining Room at Moody Tongue
Within The Dining Room, an intimate 28-seat fine dining restaurant helmed by ten-time Michelin-starred Executive Chef Jared Wentworth, guests are treated to a hyper-seasonal, refined 12-course tasting menu alongside specialty beer pairings curated by Brewmaster Jared Rouben.
In a polished yet warm, minimalist setting, Wentworth’s signature fare intersects with Rouben’s innovative pairings through the manipulation of temperature, quantity, verticals, tinctures and more — highlighting both the culinary ingredients used in creating each dish as well as Moody Tongue’s culinary brewing techniques.
