Chicago Theatre Week

Chicago Theatre Week is a celebration of Chicago’s world-class theatre scene. Presented by the League of Chicago Theatres in partnership with Choose Chicago, Chicago Theatre Week is returning for its fifth year and will take place February 9-19, 2017. This February, visitors and residents will again have the opportunity to choose from more than 100 productions and sample the extraordinary range of theatrical offerings in Chicago.

How do I take part in Chicago Theatre Week?
Attend a show! CTW specially-priced tickets are on sale now. With limited quantities available, it is strongly recommended that you purchase tickets early. All participating shows and Theatre Week offer details are listed on the Theatre Week website: ChicagoTheatreWeek.com.
Which theatres are involved?
Over 120 productions are participating in Chicago Theatre Week! Participating theatres range from downtown venues to the suburbs, comedies, dramas, musicals, family theatre, and more. Chicago Theatre Week participants are members of the League of Chicago Theatres. For a list of League members, visit ChicagoPlays.com and choose About Us > Member List.
Do tickets need to be purchased in advance?
It is highly recommended that patrons purchase their Theatre Week tickets in advance – $15 or $30 tickets for CTW performances taking place February 9-19, 2017 are on sale now. Tickets are first come, first served. Please be aware that some shows will sell out quickly, but with plenty of show options, it is a great opportunity to see something NEW!
