Pizza City Fest

This is the 2nd annual Pizza City Fest in Chicago, curated by 13-time James Beard Award winning food journalist Steve Dolinsky. 40 pizza makers over two days at The Salt Shed – Chicago’s latest music venue, right on the Chicago River – all baking live on massive electric pizza ovens. August 26-27 from 12 – 5 pm each day. We’ll have 20 pizza makers each day, representing 10 different styles of pizza. In addition to tastings, we’ll have educational seminars on pizza and dough making with some of the leading pizza pros in the nation.
