Parisian Pearls : Oyster Shucking & Champagne Class
Roll up your sleeves and learn the ins-and-outs of oyster shucking at the Mag Mile’s luxe French Brassiere & oyster bar, Venteux! In this intimate class on bi-valves, Executive Chef Marcel Heiduk will share the nuances behind oyster selecting and teach guests the art of shucking inside the French brasserie’s beautiful, airy cafe space. During the class, guests will also enjoy bubbly pairings curated by Operations Manager (and Champagne expert!) Xander Coats.
