First Look at New Work by Rohina Malik

We are thrilled to invite the community to a first look at a commissioned a new play by DFPA Artist-in-Residence Rohina Malik. A first draft was written during Fall semester. Throughout Spring semester, she will lead students through the steps involved in crafting revisions of original theatre in a New Play Development workshop class. You can engage with and support the creation of this play by attending the First Look Staged Reading and participating in a feedback discussion with the artists afterwards. A play’s first contact with an audience is a thrilling moment for artists and the audience, don’t miss out on this unique moment. We need you to complete our circle.
