Eataly Pop-Up at Pioneer Court

Eataly’s 10-year anniversary celebration starts now, amici! On September 9 and 10, we’re bringing our culinary expertise outside of our marketplace to downtown Chicago in Pioneer Court at 401 North Michigan Avenue for a weekend filled with special Eataly experiences.

From 11-5pm, our chefs and experts will offer pop-up, complimentary cooking classes for our amici off Michigan Avenue. This immersive experience will feature rotating cooking demos and tastings of Rigatoni al Cacio e Pepe and creamy Housemade Mozzarella. Watch as our experts create these dishes and taste them for yourselves. Plus, discover a selection of your favorite Italian staples for sale.
