  • Roasted Pekin Duck Tacos; A whole Pekin Duck is lacquered with Char Siu sauce and roasted until the skin is crispy and brittle. The legs and thighs are chopped “carnitas” style and presented with the thinly sliced duck breast and topped with the crispy skin. The duck is served with pico de gallo, salsa verde, black beans, cotija cheese, sliced radishes, chopped green cabbage, roasted jalapeno pepper, fresh cut limes and corn tortillas.
